A. They have been in power for so long that they can't imagine their lives any different. Think about it: No private plans, no invitations by president Bush, no visits from the Queen. No military that answers to only you.It's all based on selfishness and greed. They are purely thinking about themselves and don't consider positive changes that could occur should they decide to step down. Imagine a new president building better roads in Uganda...That would suddenly make the impossible possible and people would think Museveni was a total failure (which he is in my opinion). Maybe that is what is going on in their minds..."Someone better might turn up and I will be labeled the failure president". It's just pure greed and being power hungry. It' [cont.]
